Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10) is a psychological screening tool designed to identify adults with significant levels of psychological distress. The scale is often used in primary care settings to identify individuals with clinically significant psychological distress, and is a useful measure for tracking symptom progression over the course of treatment.
